I’ve seen that having a few different decks 1) for the upcoming test every 14 days, 2) for the final at the end of the block, and 3) for step studying. But still, the data (and the personal anecdotes) show that Anki is not that frequently used in med school. As well as many med schools recommending it in the information they give to new students ( even the American Medical Association has an article pushing it ). I’ve heard a couple ideas to keep the review cards manageable, as well as making sure I’m seeing the cards enough before tests.
